Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped to your delivery address. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time and Charges

Standard Delivery (India): 3-7 business days
Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all prepaid orders. A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD), if available.

Delivery Partners
We partner with leading and trusted courier services to ensure that your jewellery reaches you in the fastest and safest manner possible. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.

International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We aim to expand our services globally soon.

Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, public holidays, or logistic issues may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Packaging
All jewellery is securely packed in protective boxes or pouches to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition. Our packaging is also suitable for gifting.
